●Production Process

Initial Estimate and Payment
I will provide an estimate based on your request.
If you agree to the quoted amount, I will issue an invoice via PayPal.

Rough Draft and Revisions
I will create a rough sketch for your approval.
Once you are satisfied with the design, I will proceed with the final artwork.
Up to three revisions of the rough sketch are included at no additional cost.
(Additional revisions beyond three will incur an extra fee.)

Final Illustration and Adjustments
After completing the illustration, I will send it to you for review.
Minor revisions, such as adjusting the eye color, are included at no extra cost.
Major revisions, such as significantly altering a pose or adding new elements, may incur additional fees.

3. Transfer of commercial use rights

Separate charges apply for commercial use. Please consult with me.

All Copyright over the art will belong to the artist.

If the artwork is used for unapproved purposes (e.g., political campaigns, hate speech, or illegal activities),
I reserve the right to demand the removal of the artwork and my name.

Commercial use of the artwork (e.g., for selling goods or products) requires prior agreement
and an additional commercial fee, determined based on the project scope.

◆INTELLECUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs and or AIs.

The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
