I accept commissions for illustrations and character design.
(Please note that I do not provide model part separation for VTuber rigs.)

●Production Process

• Estimate and Payment
  I will provide an estimate based on your commission details.
  If you agree to the price, I will send you an invoice via PayPal.

• Rough Sketch and Revisions
  I will create a rough sketch for your review.
  Once you are satisfied with the design, I will proceed with the final illustration.
  Up to 3 revisions of the rough sketch are included for free.
  (Additional revisions beyond three will incur an extra fee.)

• Final Illustration and Adjustments
  After the illustration is complete, I will send you the final file for review.
  Minor changes, such as adjusting eye color, are included at no extra cost.
  Major revisions, such as changing the pose significantly or adding new elements,
  may incur an additional fee.

◆Terms of Service
 

GENERAL

• I will respond to all inquiries within 5 days.

• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

• I mainly draw original characters (OCs) and VTuber characters.

• I do not accept commissions that involve R-18 content, violence, hate, or other offensive material

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• After work begins, character illustrations typically take about one month to complete.

• Due to my schedule, I am rarely able to start immediately after receiving a request.

• If you need delivery within one month of your request, an additional fee may apply,
  or I may have to decline the request depending on my availability.

• Please refrain from refusing to accept the completed work or delaying payment
  simply because you are not satisfied with the final result.

USE

• All copyrights for the commissioned artwork remain with the artist.

• If the artwork is used for unauthorized purposes (e.g., political campaigns, hate speech, illegal activities),
  I reserve the right to request that both the artwork and my name be removed.

• Commercial use (e.g., for selling merchandise) requires prior approval
  and payment of a commercial usage fee, which will be determined based on the project scope.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• My artwork may not be used for NFTs or AI-related purposes.

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if these terms are violated.
